  • Overview

    Responsible for performing inspections and laboratory analysis utilizing a variety of techniques, to ensure quality of production. This includes quality checks of raw materials used in the production process to ensure they meet ISO standards; quality checks of production samples and final products prior to shipment to the customer. This includes transferring clear and accurate data from all laboratory analyses performed to the appropriate department.


    • Analytical testing in the laboratory using ICP/MS, Particle size, and/ or other measuring instruments and equipment
    • Communicating chemical and consumable needs for operation of instruments and equipment to the QC Manager, and for maintaining instrumentation in the assigned area
    • Verifying the accuracy of all analytical results and reporting data through appropriate channels
    • Resolving any analytical problems with the Quality Manager or Site Manager
    • Mainting lab records for instrument maintaince, scale calibrations, and chemical inventory


    • Associate’s Degree or two years of completed vocational in a technical field OR college coursework in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of 2+ years experience in a QC lab and/or production environment
    • Ability to follow directions and procedures
    • Candidate must be articulate, persuasive, and self-confident, with excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving approach, while effectively managing conflicts
